Dues Tracking application; It is an online database application with multi-user support designed so that sites, schools or apartments can easily track their dues with/without installments or according to monthly expenses.The application can be used in two main ways.1.
Site/Apartment or paid school administrators can easily follow-up their dues and income/expenses with multi-user support by Administrator Login.
Thanks to multi-user support, more than one administrator can use the application with different user roles (Administrator and other users) by logging in with the same user name and password.2.
Residents or parents can instantly see the current status of their dues by making a Site Resident Login or Parent Login with the access codes they obtained from their administrators.Features:- Multiple user support- Site/Apartment and School mode- Adding a contact (Name, school/apartment number, parent/contact name, parent/contact phone...)- Two different methods of determining dues:1.
Fixed Fee: A fixed amount of fee is determined by dividing the annual fixed fee into installments.
For example, if the annual 2400₺ is determined and the number of installments is determined as 10, the monthly fee is fixed as 240₺ throughout the year.2.
Dynamic fee: The fee is determined dynamically by adding up the expenses up to a certain day of the month.
For example: If the total expenses added for the month of February is 2000₺, the February fee is determined by dividing this amount by the number of people (taking into account the discounts).- Ability to set a start date (first installment date) for fixed fees.
Installments are taken into account after the specified month.- Determining the Expense Accounting Day, that is, the cut-off date for the dues determined according to the expenses.
(Expenses with an expense date after this day of the month are included in the next month.)- Seeing overdue people and delayed installments / dues- Ability to add interim payments or debt to the person- Discount for the person (only possible when registering the contact for the first time)- User roles such as Administrator and Other Users thanks to Admin Login- Ability to add/delete/update users other than the administrator- Checking their own dues with site resident or parent login- Adding contact name and number from contacts- Contact number search- Sending a notification SMS to the person- Detailed Expense Module and Income Module- Thanks to the online database, your data will not be deleted unless you delete it.
It is not affected by phone change, application deletion, etc.- Backup and restore- Extra Security PIN except password- Ability to update dues, income/expenses and current cash status to the new year without loss when entering the new year or new period (Resetting can also be called renewal or moving.)- Although it is more useful in the premium license, the application has a multi-user feature.
Thanks to this feature, you can use the application with your existing license by logging in with your Dues Tracking username and password on your other devices with your google account installed.Or, on other devices where you do not have a Google account installed, but you want to work with, other people (other administrators) can use the application with a free license or premium license by logging in with your Aidat Tracking username and password.Residents and parents can also see the latest status of their dues instantly by logging in with the access codes they obtained from the administrator.All users can use the application with two different licenses:1- Premium License: They can use all the features of the application without ads and unlimited.2- Free License: As long as they do not purchase a premium license, they can use and try all the features of the application unlimitedly by displaying advertisements.
A one-time premium license purchase is required to remove ads.
